Perrott, Robert (Pyrrott, or Porrett), chaplain, Magdalen Coll., B.A. sup. 4 July, 1508, B.Mus. — D.Mus. supd. 20 Feb., 1515-16, master of the choristers 1510-35, organist 1530 (2s. George, of Haroldston, co. Pembroke); born at Hackness, Yorks, purchased Rewley abbey, Oxon, at the dissolution, receiver-general of the archdeaconry of Buckingham 1534, principal of Trinity Hall; died at Oxford 20 April, 1550, his will dated 18th; father of Simon 1532, and Clement.
