St. John's Coll., matric. 1 July, 1687, aged 17, B.A. 1691, M.A. 16 March, 1694-5; born at Reading 1 Aug., 1669, admitted to Merchant Taylors' school 1681; lecturer of St. Gregory, and St. Mary Magdalen, 1687, rector of Isfield, Kent, 1693, and of St. Martin Outwich, London, 1704-15; died at Hampton, Middlesex, 11 Dec., 1735.
