Barrow, Sir Charles, Bart., created D.C.L. 2 July, 1754; of Highgrove, co. Gloucester, M.P. Gloucester City in seven successive parliaments 1751, until his death s.p. 10 Jan., 1789, created a baronet 22 Jan., 1748, with remainder to Thomas Crawley-Boevey. See Foster's Baronetage.
