Berkeley, Richard, s. Richard Tomkyns, of Claines, co. Worcester, cler. New Coll., matric. 17 Oct., 1787, aged 19; B.A. 1791, fellow, M.A. 1797, rector of Great Harwood, Bucks, assumed the surname of Berkeley in lieu of Tomkyns by R.L. 9 Oct., 1832, died 1840.
