Brietzeke, Richard Betenson, of London, arm. Christ Church, matric. 1 March, 1790, aged 17; B.A. 1794, M.A. 1796; bar.-at-law of Lincoln's Inn 1798; took the name of Dean in lieu of his patronymic; chairman of the Board of Customs, died 1 July, 1850. See Dean.
