Brasenose Coll., matric. 15 April, 1763, aged 18; bar.-at-law, Inner Temple, 1771, bencher 1803, created a baronet 3 May, 1774, recorder of Wigan 1815-28, constable of Lancaster Castle, consul at Nantes, where he died 29 April, 1828.
