Londonderry, M.P. in 4 parliaments, May 1815-30, M.P. Harwich 1830-3, under-secretary of state Home department 1823, secretary to the Treasury 1828, P.C. 1830, secretary to the Admiralty 1834-5, died 3 April, 1856, father of Francis Alexander 1840, of Henry 1839, and of Robert Peel Dawson 1836.
