Drake, Thomas (Tyrwhitt-), s. William, of Grosvenor Street, London, arm. Brasenose Coll., matric. 1 July, 1767, aged 18; created M.A. 14 Feb., 1771, of Shardeloes, Bucks, assumed the surname of Tyrwhitt only in 1776, and resumed his patronymic Drake in 1796, M.P. Amersham in 5 parliaments 1795, until his death 18 Oct., 1810.
