Hythe 1708-11, Kent 1715-22, Buckingham 1727-34, lieut.-general in the army, served under the Duke of Marlborough, created Baron Catherlough in Ireland 4 Oct., 1733 (son of Vere, 4th Earl Westmorland), died s.p. 26 Aug., 1762.
