Forster, (Sir) Charles (Bart.), o.s. Charles Smith, of Walsall, co. Stafford, arm. Worcester Coll., matric. 6 Dec., 1836, aged 21; B.A. 1840, M.A. 1843, of Lyswys Hall, co.
