Harley, Robert, born at Eywood, co. Hereford, s. Edward, Earl of Oxford. Christ Church, matric. 3 Nov., 1744, aged 17; created M.A. 28 June, 1748, bar.-at-law, Lincoln's Inn, 1751, recorder of Tewkesbury, M.P. Droitwich 1754, until his death 14 March, 1774.
