Montgomery, J.P., high sheriff 1861, and of Cilbrone, co. Cardigan, J.P., assumed the surname of Heyward in lieu of Jenkins, bar.-at-law, Lincolns Inn, 1851, hon. colonel Royal Montgomery militia.
