Howe, Richard William Penn Curzon-, s. Penn Assheton Curzon-, of Gopsall Hall, co. Leicester, arm. Christ Church, matric. 23 April, 1814, aged 17; created D.C.L. 19 Oct., 1835, Earl Howe, so created 15 July, 1821, etc., assumed the additional name of Howe, died 12 May, 1870. See Foster's Peerage.
