Jones, William Frank, s. (William Jenkin Saer), of Newport, co. Pembroke, arm. St. Mary Hall, matric. 31 March, 1865, aged 23; S.C.L. & B.A. 1870, B.C.L. & M.A. 1871, bar.-at-law, Lincoln's Inn, 1874, assumed the surname of Jones in lieu of his patronymic. See Foster's Men at the Bar.
