Brasenose Coll., matric. 18 June, 1806, aged 16; B.A. 1810, M.A. 1813, B.Med. 1814, D.Med. 1816, F.R.C.P. 1818, physician Middlesex Hospital 1815-24, and St. Bartholomew's Hospital 1824-41, physician extraordinary to Queen Victoria 1837, until his death 20 July, 1875.
