Lewis, Henry, s. Henry, of Cardiff, co. Glamorgan, gent. Jesus Coll., matric. 4 March, 1779, aged 17; B.A. from St. Alban Hall, 1783, curate in charge of Ramsden Crays, and of Runwell, Essex, 1790-9, vicar of Broxted 1800, and of Mucking 1801, until his death 13 July, 1809.
