Palmer, (Sir) Charles Thomas (Bart.), s. Charles Grave Hudson, of London, arm. (after a baronet). Christ Church, matric. 21 Oct., 1789, aged 18; B.A. 1794, and baronet, a student of Lincoln's Inn 1793, assumed the surname and arms of Palmer only, by royal sign manual in 1813, died 30 April 1827, See Foster's Baronetage.
