Trinity Coll., matric. 31 May, 1759, aged 18; demy Magdalen Coll. 1760-7, B.A. 1763, M.A. 1765, fellow 1767-76, vicar of Modbury, Devon, 1772, rector of St. Lawrence, Norwich, 1775-1802. and of Heigham 1781, until his death 3 July, 1812, his father died 13 Sep., 1759.
