Parry, Sir Love Parry Jones, k.c.h., s. Thomas Jones- (Parry in 1803), of Westminster, arm. Christ Church, matric. 8 May, 1799, aged 17; B.A. 1803, M.A. 1811, of Madryn Park, co. Carnarvon (his father assumed the additional name of Parry in 1803), lieut.-general in the army 1846, commanded a frontier brigade in Upper Canada, and had a horse shot under him at the battle of Lundy's Lane, K.C.H. 1835, M.P. Horsham 1806, Carnarvon 1835, high sheriff Anglesey 1840, entered Lincoln's Inn 1802, died 23 Jan., 1853. See Alumni West., 452.
