Rivers-Gray, (Sir) Peter (Bart.), s. Thomas, of Winchester (city), doctor. Christ Church, matric. 15 Oct., 1737, aged 16; B.A. from Magdalen Coll. 1741, M.A. 1744, 6th baronet, rector of Buttermere, Wilts, 1745-52, of Woolwich 1752, assumed the additional surname of Gay about 1760, preb. of Hereford 1760, and of Winchester 1766, and rector of Chelmsford 1774, until his death 20 July, 1790.
