Rous, John, s. John, of Henham, Suffolk, baronet. Magdalen Coll., matric. 17 May, 1768, aged 17; created M.A. 8 Feb., 1771, 6th baronet, M.P. Suffolk 1780-96, created Baron Rous 14 July, 1796, and Earl of Stradbroke, etc., 18 July, 1821, died 17 Aug., 1837. See Foster's Peerage.
