Rowley, Arthur, born in Dublin (s. Ormsby, Viscount, in Mat. Reg.). Christ Church, matric. 6 Feb., 1768, aged 17; B.A. 1770, rather younger son of Right Hon. Hercules Langford-Rowley, M.P. co. Londonderry, by his wife Elizabeth Viscountess Langford, niece and heir of John Ormsby, Esq.; a student of Lincoln's Inn 1771, died young.
