Simpson, Sir James Young, Bart., created D.C.L. 13 June, 1866 (son of David Simpson, of Glenmavis, near Edinburgh), D.Med., F.K.C.S.E., one of the Queen's physicians in Scotland, created a baronet 3 Feb., 1866, died 5 May, 1870.
