Wadham Coll., matric. 24 June, 1828, aged 17; scholar Trinity Coll. 1830-4, B.A. 1833, B.C.L. 1837, D.C.L. 1856, a student of Lincoln's Inn 1836, tutor University College, Durham, 1836-41, canon of Canterbury 1862, vicar of All Hallows, Barking, 1852, until his death 18 July, 1883.
