Tolly, Count de Barclay de (after Prince), D.C.L. by diploma 15 June, 1814, field-marshal, commander-in-chief of the Russian armies, commander at the battle of Leipsic, and led the Russians on to France in 1815, minister of War, died 25 May, 1818.
