Walker, William, s. John, of St. Michael's, Oxford (city), doctor. St. John's Coll., matric. 3 July, 1719, aged 15; B.C.L. 1726, D.C.L. 1736, rector of Barnesby, co. Gloucester, and of Tackley, Oxon, 1744 (elected president of St. John's Coll. in 1761), principal of New Inn Hall 1745, until his death 18 June, 1761.
