Merton Coll., matric. 4 Feb., 1794, aged 18; B.A. 1798, M.A. 1800, rector of Wollaston, Salop, 1808, chaplain in ordinary to the Prince Regent, rector of Stoke St. Milborough, and Quatt, Salop, 1813, until his death 22 April, 1817, brother of Frederick Sandys and Martin 1791.
