Williams, Rev. Jonathan, s. David, of Rhayader, co. Radnor, pleb. Pembroke Coll., matric. 23 Feb., 1770, aged 16; B.A. 1774, M.A. 1776, author of a 'History of the County of Radnor,' died 24 Aug., 1821, brother of John 1786, and of Henry 1774.
