Nathaniel Beverley Tucker
(1784–1851)

An American author, Mississippi Territory circuit court judge, legal scholar, and political essayist.

Frequently went by, attributed as and cited with his middle name simply as Beverley Tucker or by his pen name, Edward William Sydney.
Second son of St. George Tucker (1752 – 1827) after his older brother, Henry St. George Tucker, Sr. (1780 – 1848).
