No evidence found of married Frank and Rose Davis (or Barrett) post marriage (1896) in the census, and nothing showing beyond birth of child in 1897. Family tree shows daughter as Henriette Marguerite Lilas Barrett Davis (noting Barrett).
Unusual to not find people in the census, though the name and spelling variations can be an issue, especially without birth data.
If the other family data of birth (b. Tottenham, 1845) to parents of Thomas and Sarah is correct, there is census data (1851 & 1861) that shows Thomas is pork butcher. 1871 shows this person married and a sausage maker, which would be unusual for someone being an author from 1874. — billinghurst sDrewth 01:48, 6 October 2014 (UTC)
