I based the years of Heacock's birth and death on an entry in the Social Security Death Index for an Orland Heacock who died in Portland, Oregon. Based the uniqueness of Heacock's name, the location which matches the location in the article, and the years in which that Orland Heacock lived, I believe the person described in the SSDI and the author are one and the same person.
