PURSUANT to an Order of the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice dated the 21st day of November, 1927, and made in an action in the Matter of the estate of Percy Stewart Peache Handcock, deceased, Condon v. Handcock, 1927 H. 3474. The creditors of Percy Stewart Peache Handcock, late of K6, Albany, Piccadilly, in the county of London, and of 111. Marine-parade, Brighton, in the county or Sussex, Barrister-at-Law, who died on the 18th day of June, 1927, are, on or before the 29th day of February, 1928, to send by post prepaid to Lionel "Walter.. Webster, of No. 7, Stone-buildings, Lincoln's Inn, London, W.C. 2, their full Christian and surnames, addresses and descriptions, and full particulars of their claims, a statement of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the said 'Order unless the Court or Judge on application otherwise orders. Every claimant holding any securities has to produce the same before Master Hughes Onslow, at the Chambers of the Judge, Room No. 162, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, on Wednesday, the 7th day of March, 1928, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, being the time appointed for adjudicating upon the claims. A claimant not residing in England or Wales must send, with particulars of his claim, the name and address of a person in England or Wales to whom notice to the claimant can be sent.—Dated this 20th day of December, 1927.
