It is fairly clear to me that his parents were Sir Richard Lluellyn (died 1867), and his wife Elizabeth Augusta Raymond. In other words the information about parents here checks out. His father then was a General; his mother is in the NPG collection. Raymond Maude Lluellyn, a graduate of Trinity College, Cambridge, is said to be the youngest son.
In other words, the family was reasonably distinguished, and probably could be researched. Charles Matthews (talk) 21:55, 5 February 2018 (UTC)
