Camodeo  v.  United States


The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and the petition for a writ of certiorari are granted. The judgment is vacated and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for further consideration in light of Anders v. State of California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493.

Mr. Justice HARLAN, Mr. Justice STEWART, and Mr. Justice WHITE are of the opinion that certiorari should be denied.
