Japanese legal professions customarily distinguish the case law by court name and judgement date, not by the parties names which they don't officially publish for the public. So I think it is unavoidable that the article titles don't include the parties names. If you could get parties names, "Section" in header template will be useful.

On another matter, due to recent overhaul of the Supreme Court website, or Japanese Yearbook of International Law (JYIL), some articles has broken source link, and need searching for it by Supreme Court website search engine. --JOT news (talk) 09:39, 14 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
