EURY′BIA (Εὐρυβία), a daughter of Pontus and Ge, who became by Crius the mother of Astraeus, Pallas, and Perses. (Hes. Theog. 375; Apollod. i. 2. § 2.) There are two other mythical personages of this name. (Apollod. ii. 7. § 8; Diod. iv. 16.) [L. S.]
