Executive Order 10563
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 and 426(c) of the Officer Personnel Act of 1947, as amended, Executive Order No. 10266 of June 30, 1951, entitled ‘‘Suspension of Certain Provisions of the Officer Personnel Act of 1947, as Amended, Which Relate to Officers of the Navy and Marine Corps,’’ is hereby revoked.
