Amending Civil Service Rules to Except Cooks from Examination

Amends Executive Order 209, March 20, 1903.

Schedule A of the civil service rules is hereby amended by the addition to section 1 of a paragraph which will be numbered 13, and shall read as follows:

Cooks, when in the opinion of the Commission it is not expedient to make appointment upon competitive examination.
