By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, I hereby prescribe an official flag of the Vice President of the United States, to be in accordance with the plan and design accompanying and forming a part of this order.[1]

  1. The design was the same as the presidential flag defined in Executive Order 2390, except with the colors reversed (i.e. a blue eagle and stars on a white background).
