File:US Vice Presidents Flag 1936 specification.jpg

Original file(5,000 × 3,200 pixels, file size: 2.03 MB, MIME type: image/jpeg)

Summary

Description

Specification for the 1936-1948 version of the Flag of the Vice President of the United States. This is an attachment to President Roosevelt's Executive Order 7285, which defined the flag. It was directly based on the 1916 Flag of the President of the United States, but with reversed colors (mostly blue on white). This was the first official flag defined for the Vice President.

The dimension data is not legible here, but is presumably essentially identical to the 1916 President's flag.
