This is the one built using straight html tags rather than wrapped by three equal signs on both sides (wiki mark-up). Note the lack of [edit] generation to the right of label in these cases. Content will transcluded just fine IF the section heading (and/or its content) is not a target itself but falls into the range of a higher-level target (e.g. is a sub-section to the actual target).
