tips for people new to English Wikisource

The header of each page must not be in the "body" of the wikitext. The wikipage has a header and a footer, which can be shown/hidden using the button under proofreading tools. When filling in the header, we use template:RunningHeader (running header) Billinghurst (talk)

Use of Problematic (purple)

As a tip, we would generally use the page status Problematic where there is something unknown or missing on a page. This would include pages where there are language characters that need to be added. For this work we would utilise the templates such as {{arabic missing}} or {{language characters}} and identify these works as problematic so that someone can see specialist attention (from our perspective) is needed. This then also adds pages to special categories for each of the languages. — billinghurst sDrewth 09:04, 8 July 2012 (UTC)

Is it possible to type in javanese, sundanese, or any other characters in this wiki? They are not available on my edit toolbar. --Kumincir (talk) 03:25, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
