Line numbering is not being transcribed, as it restarts on each page and is only used for referencing purposes in the 'Notes' section.
In various places a superscript letter 'n' appears, which indicates an entry in the 'Notes' section. It is always being transcribed as <sup>n</sup>, preceeded by a non-breaking space, to avoid ambiguity.
