Some notes

There are two (chapter) V's in book. I have named the second Chapter 5a in the AuxTOC, leaving the rest undisturbed.

Contractions and complex words have been left undisturbed, e.g. Blake's; I 'll; I 've. Anybody who disagrees (I too find it quite awkward to read, without a "nowrap") is welcome to change them, but please either change all or none.
