The file isn't right, though it may just be duplicate pages, I haven't done forensic analysis. /226 is p.222 which flows through nicely, however, /227 is p. 217. Later pages oscillate in their alignment. :-( — billinghurst sDrewth 13:12, 12 December 2010 (UTC)
