Chapter numbers

I've been using the {{ch}} (aka {{Chapter heading}} template for chapter numbers, to get the layout better (gaps):

Asterisks / Ellipsis

The author uses varying numbers of asterisks in place of ellipses. It's probably prudent to use the {{nw}} template to keep them from getting broken up by a line break.

Quotes

There are two main types of quotes, long inline quotes, and long block quotes. I have used {{QuoteHUP/s}} and {{QuoteHUP/e}} to deal with the formatting. The Haz _talk 22:42, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
