Inconsistency

@Ineuw Always? I ask because I'm going off what it says in the style guide: Use a consistent style of quotation marks("straight" or “curly”) within a given work. It is recommended to use "straight" quotes in works where there are a large number of contributing editors, since consistent use of “curly” quotes may be difficult to achieve. Straight quotes are thus preferred for this work, but not necessarily mandatory. Or is there another rule somewhere I didn't catch? I'm still quite new to Wikisource's policies. This shows you that I am still going by obsolete rules of my youthful editing days. I agree that consistency is the most important aspect of formatting work. Follow your heart, and use whatever you find easiest. — ineuw (talk) 20:35, 25 March 2024 (UTC)
