en-dashes vs hyphens, hyphens at end of sentences
editFor consistency I have changed en-dashes to standard hyphens.

Notes - just for reference
editTwo papers have notes/references. I haven't tried to changed these to footnotes/proper references, but I could do so.
I've listed the pages they appear on in case someone wants to change them:
