Different from vol 1

This file differs slightly from volume 1: it is from a different biblio-set on BHL, which has the Plates incorporated in the volume. The reason for taking this file is that the file for vol 2 of the first set is gone corrupt during the process of uploading from BHL.

• I'll make a very quick round for the even pages, first. Done

• Plate 60 was published in the Plates to vol 1.
• Plates 61 and following are from the separate Plates vol 2.
• Frontispiece is from the book.
• Plate 59 was published in the Plates to vol 1.
• Plates 366 and 369 are from vol 6.

For now some tables inserted as images, e.g. p. 307, p. 313, p. 360.

But some tables already made up completely, e.g. same p. 313, p. 305.
