"ſ" edit
I am newish to this platform, and trying to learn as I go. As a modern reader, I find the "ſ" (Long s) to be distracting. My current solution is simply to type it as "s".
The pattern is that Collier uses "ſ" for lower-case "S" except at the end of a word, and except where it's immediately before "f", as in "misfortune". For the end of words and before "f", he uses "s". Because it is predictable in this way, I do not feel that its use adds anything to Collier's expression.
Archaic spellings edit
For archaic spellings, such as "chear" for "cheer" or "Stoick" for "Stoic", I retain Collier's original.
Use of SIC template edit
I only encountered this template at the very end of working through this project (on the final advertisement page), and so have not applied it anywhere else. I am also uncertain about the optimal use of this template.
